Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two Maple trees that should be removed. The trees
pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trees appear to be suffering from root damage
or root rot. This is evident by the discoloration on the trunks of the tree. During the growing season
the canopies of the trees were very thin and many of the branches were rotting and starting to die.
Over the past few months both trees have dropped multiple limbs, one breaking the neighbor’s
fence and one landed on the roof of the listed property. One of the trees is located very close to the
house located at the property. The trees are a hazard to the surrounding area. The only way to
reduce the risk of danger to the property, and the neighbor’s property is to remove the two trees.
