The assessment belowwas performed in accordance with the Tree RiskAssessment Best
Management Practice,2nd Edition(2017).The live oak tree poses an unacceptable risk,and
trimming or pruning will not mitigate it.The removal is the only practical means of mitigating
its risk to below moderate levels.

Location: Rear Along Property Line.
2.Observed Issues:
The live oak tree has an unacceptable uncorrectable imbalance of the bifurcated tree canopy
overhanging rear neighboring property.
3.Recommendation:
The live oak tree should be considered for removal.
