The assessment below was performed in accordance with the Tree Risk Assessment Best
Management Practice,2nd Edition(2017).The twelve pine trees pose an
unacceptable risk and trimming or pruning will not mitigate it.The removal is the only
practical means of mitigating its risk to below moderate levels.
1. Property Overview
The property is located at 82 W.8"'Street,Atlantic Beach,FL.32233 and 84 W.8"'Street,
Atlantic Beach,Fl.32233

Species: Pine Trees Rear :10"to 24"DBH
3. Observed
The unacceptable failure risks to the duplex property and three adjacent duplex properties.
The one of twelve 24"DBH rear right pine tree has a large canker at the base of the tree and is a
high failure risk.
4. Mitigation Options
The above twelve pine trees should be considered for removal due to limb and lead and whole
tree failure risks to frequently occupied yard spaces on multiple properties.
