Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel Oak tree that should be removed. The
tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is completely dead. A large section
of the tree broke off recently in a storm and almost hit the house, located at the listed property.
The trunk of the tree has holes in it where rot can be seen on the inside of the tree. The tree is
extremely hazardous to the surrounding area. The only way to reduce the risk of danger to the
property is to remove the tree.
