The assessment below was performed in accordance with the Tree Risk Assessment Best
Management Practice, 2nd Edition (2017) . The elm (Ulmus Americana) tree poses an
unacceptable risk, and trimming or pruning Will not mitigate it. The removal is the only
practical means of mitigating its risk to below moderate levels .

The property Is located at 358 Th Street, Atlantic Beach, FL. 32233
Species: Elm Tree (U(mus Americana) DBH : 28"
2 , Observed Issues :
The elm tree has visible extreme decay and failure of large upper canopy leads upon
frequently occupied property. The elm tree is an imminent failure risk to persons and property.
3. Recommendation :
The elm tree should be removed as soon as practical to protect persons and property.
