Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found three Laurel Oaks that should be removed. The
trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
Tree #1 Laurel Oak was damaged in a recent storm. Half of the tree broke off and damaged
two neighbor’s fences. There is only about a 10 ft. section of trunk left of the tree.
Tree#2 Laurel Oak was also damaged in a recent storm. A large branch broke off and
landed in backyard. The trunk of the tree is completely rotted.
Tree #3 A Laurel Oak growing extremely close to the home located at the listed property.
The tree is full of dead branches. The trunk of the tree is rotting and is full of cavities. The dead
branches grow over the roof of the house and would cause considerable damage when they break
and fall. The tree is a hazard to the surrounding area and the only way to reduce the risk of danger
to the property is to remove the tree.
