This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a (marked) Live oak (Quercus virginiana) tree on the north side of The Community Presbyterian Church at 150 Sherry Drive Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
Unfortunately, this healthy tree is growing up and out from under the adjacent building and is now causing issues for the foundation and structure. Therefore, due to this condition it is recommended that it be removed to avoid further damage.
