Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Hickory tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trunk of the tree has a very large hole in it
where rot can be seen on the inside of the tree. After probing the inside of the tree. I found a
carpenter ant infestation. This is further indication that the inside of the tree has a very large hollow
cavity with severe decaying wood. The canopy of the tree is full of mistletoe and damaged
branches. The tree is extremely hazardous to the surrounding area. The only way to reduce the risk
of danger to the property is to remove the tree.
