Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Hickory tree that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree has a very large hole at the base of its
trunk. The hole exposes severe rot and decaying wood. The canopy is full of dead and rotting
branches. Many of the branches have already fell to the ground. The tree is growing in close
proximity to the home located at the listed address. The tree is extremely hazardous to the
surrounding area. The only way to reduce the risk of damage to the property is to remove the tree.
