This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a (marked) Red maple (Acer rubrum) tree in the front yard of the Murray residence located at 346 Magnolia Street Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
Due to the age (as well as compacted soil) this 32” (DBH) mature tree is in an irreparable state of decline and can no longer remain over homeowner’s house due to several large pieces of dead wood falling on the roof. Therefore, it is recommended that it be removed to avoid possible damage or harm.
