This letter is in regards to the current status and condition of a (marked) dead Live oak (Quercus virginiana) tree in the front yard of the Gonzales residence located at 574 Stocks Street Atlantic Beach, Florida 32233.
This 14’ DBH tree is dead and as a result is considered a liability. It leans over the roadway. It is therefore recommended that it be removed to avoid possible damage or harm.
