Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two Laurel Oak trees that should be removed. The
trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property. The trees are completely dead. The branches
are rotting so bad that they are starting to fall to the ground. The trees are hazardous to the
surrounding area and the only way to reduce the risk of damage to the property is to remove the
trees.
