Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Laurel Oak that should be removed. The tree
poses an unnecessary risk to person or property. The tree is in very poor condition. The trunk is
full of holes that exposes rot and decaying wood on the inside of the tree. The canopy is full of
mistletoe and dead branches, many of which have already started to break and fall to the ground.
The tree is growing very close to the house and power lines located at the listed property. The tree
is extremely hazardous to the surrounding area. The only way to reduce the risk of danger to the
property is to remove the tree.
