Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Wild Cherry Oak tree that in my professional
opinion should be removed. The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The tree is dead. There are multiple locations on the trunk where bark has been stripped
off, exposing decaying wood. The tree grows over the driveway and is at a high risk of causing
damage to the property. The only way to reduce the risk to an acceptable level is to remove the
tree.
