1. CALL TO ORDER
Magistrate Green called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approve minutes of the 11-06-25 Code Enforcement Special Magistrate meeting.
The minutes were approved as submitted.
B. Approve minutes of the 01-08-26 Code Enforcement Special Magistrate meeting.
The minutes were approved as submitted .
3. ADMINISTRATION OF OATH
Magistrate Green administered the Oath to the attendees , staff and respondents.

A. Name: Worley Debra K

Case: 25-163
Testified: CE Officer Gonzalez
Respondent: Bill Taylor was Present.
Action: The Respondent shall be granted an extension until after the April to determine
to either remove the structure or continue with the building permit. The City of Atlantic
Beach did not request a fine at this time. The City of Atlantic Beach will keep Code
Enforcement apprised of this matter and may put it back on the May agenda if necessary .
