Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Live Oak tree that in my professional opinion
should be removed. The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The tree has a very large hole in its main trunk. It appears to be from an old injury than did
not heal properly. Decaying wood is visible on the inside of the tree. The tree leans towards the
neighbor’s house and driveway where vehicles are frequently parked. When the tree fails it would
hit the neighbor’s house or land in the driveway. The tree is a high risk and the only way to reduce
the risk to an acceptable level is to remove the tree.
