The assessment below was performed in accordance with the Tree Risk Assessment Best
Management Practice,2nd Edition(2017).The trees below are an unacceptable risk,and
trimming and pruning will not reduce the risk.The removal is the only means of practically
mitigating its risk to below moderate.
1. Tree(s)Overview and Mitigation Options:
The necessary removal of the following trees is listed on the COAB Grid Sheet.
Tree#10 Species: Laurel Oak Tree DBH:13"
The tree is in between homes without necessary space to achieve proper canopy expansion
without causing issues to the home and the right-side neighboring home.
Tree#11 Species: Pine Tree DBH:22"
Due to previous or partial uproot activity and location in a normally saturated drainage area.
Tree#12 Species: Laurel Oak Tree DBH:29"
The tree is in the front right side of the driveway and is visibly impending ingress and egress to
the garage and is visibly upheaving the driveway and walkway,creating a trip and fall hazard to
homeowners and guests the above tree has an unacceptable unbalanced overextending
canopy one sided over the home.
Tree#13 Species:Laurel Oak Tree DBH 19"
Has codominant upper canopy with major probed trunk decay verified.
Tree#14 Species: Laurel Oak Tree DBH:16"
The tree is intertwined and codominant topped with overextending leads toward the home.
Tree#15 Species:Laurel Oak Tree DBH:20"
The tree is intertwined and codominant topped with overextending leads toward the home.
