In Re: Certified Arborist letter
Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Cherry Oak tree that in my professional opinion
should be removed. The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The tree is dying. The top canopy of the tree is completely dead. It only has a few smaller
limbs that have green leaves. The tree leans toward the home located at the listed property. The
dead branches hang over the entrance to the home. The dead branches are decaying and falling to
the ground. The tree is s a high risk and the only way to reduce the risk to an acceptable level is to
remove the tree.
