Mr. and Mrs. Roberts, The following trees have issues that are a potential failure risk and or are a current ongoing risk to persons and property. 1.One 10” DBH sable palm tree in the front with a vertical split at the base of the tree at ground level (visible) 2.One 10” DBH sable palm tree in the front with over pronounced lean over the front yard, driveway and roadway. The above trees could fail under normal weather conditions and cause harm to persons and property 3.. Two 9” sable palm trees in the left rear corner of the home, visibly damaging the home in normal windy conditions due to close proximity to the home. All the above trees should be considered for removal due to the above issues. 4.Remaining Trees: the three front 10” DBH sable palm trees proposed to be removed are in average health for their age. 5.The below trees are within the footprint of the proposed pool, home additions.
