Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Water Oak that in my professional opinion
should be removed. The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The tree is almost completely dead. There are only a few branches that still have leaves on
them, 90 percent of the trees canopy is dead. The branches are starting to rot and fall to the ground.
The tree is in the front yard where people are present occasionally. The tree is a high risk to the
property and the only way to reduce the risk to an acceptable level is to remove the tree.
