Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found a Magnolia tree that in my professional opinion
should be removed. The tree poses an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The tree has root and trunk damage. There are visible patches of decaying wood at the base
of the tree’s trunk and roots. The canopy of the tree is very thin and many of the top branches are
dead. The tree is a high risk to the property and the only way to reduce that risk to an acceptable
level is to remove the tree.
