Dear Sir or Madam:
Upon inspection of the property, I found two Holly trees that in my professional opinion
should be removed. The trees pose an unnecessary risk to person or property.
The trees are completely dead and beginning to rot. The trees are growing close to the
house and driveway. The trees are a high risk to the property and the only way to reduce the risk
to an acceptable level is to remove the trees.
