Gentlemen:
Please consider this communication as a request for zoning variance or rezoning
of the following described property from "Business A" to "Business B."
All of Block 41, Section H, Atlantic Beach. A part of the
Castro Y. Ferrer grant, Section 38, Township 2 South, Range
29E, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 34, Duval County.
It is my hope to establish a motorcycle sales and service business on the
property, and it is my understanding that the present zoning will not permit
the service portion of the business. Needless for me to say, any vehicular
sales business is greatly affected by the service offered and the motorcycle
business is no exception.
Please be assured that I do not intend to establish any sort of business which
would detract from the property or be offensive due to the nature or manner in
which operated; nor do I plan to establish any business to be operated all
hours of the day and night. In other words, I would strive for the operation
to be a credit to the community.
Will you kindly advise me as to whatever action may be required with respect
to this request. I shall be happy to provide whatever additional information
is at my disposal or to present myself at your convenience for a detailed
discussion.
Respectfully,
C. Coxl
P.S. Should the need arise, I may be contacted at my home (246-0632) or at
my office (633-2605) .
