05-02-78 v MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH ADVISORY PLANNING BOARD HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY, MAY 2, 1978 AT 7:30 PM PRESENT: John F. Andresen, Chairman Harold E. Mullins Dick Rigsbee Catherine G. Van Ness, Commissioner AND: Bill M. Davis, Acting City Manager ABSENT: Donna Ross This special meeting was for the express purpose of the review of a PUD application on Units 10A, 108 and 12 of Selva Marina Subdivision. In the review, Chairman Andresen and others noted that in Unit 12, Lots 4, 5, 11 and 12, generally contain less than 7,000 square feet and is considered subsize to the average residential lot which contains 12,500 square feet. However, the concensus was, since these are to be PUD lots, size restrictions were not a part of the total requirement. After much discussion on Units 10A, 108 and 12, the motion was made by Mr. Mullins, seconded by Mr. Rigsbee, that these unit proposals be forwarded to the City Commission with approval of the Advisory Planning Board as to the particular lots contained therein and as to the particular street locations as the same are contained in those preliminary plans submitted for review by the Advisory Planning Board. Unanimous vote. There being no further business to be discussed, Chairman Andresen declared the meeting adjourned. Chairman
