ATLANTIC BEACH, HELD AT THE CITY HALL, FEBRUARY 15,
1974 AT 8 : 00 P.M.

The meeting was opened by the Chairman and the first item
of discussion was the activity of the people residing in
Royal Palms concerning dogs that roam the streets , turning
over garbage cans and causing degregation of the appearance
of the City. The Board recommended to the City Commission
that steps be taken to alleviate this condition, i . e .
by hiring and equiping a dog warden, increase licensing
to $3 . 00 and any other action that would cause people
to take better care of dogs and cats .
The next item.was to recommend to the City Commission
that the den$$ty of family units be reduced from 20
units per acre to 10 units per acre. The Board felt
that this action would tend to improve the type of multi-
family construction.
There being no further business , the Chairman declared
the meeting adjourned.
