ADVISORY PLANNING BOARD

ABSENT: None
Mr. Bob Wardrep called the meeting to order and suggested the
regular meeting of the Advisory Planning Board be changed to the
third Tuesday of the month so that better coordination could be
achieved with the City Commission meeting. It was moved by
Mrs. Pace, seconded by Mr. Glover Weiss the meetings be changed
to the third Tuesday of the month. The vote was unanimous.
The first item considered was Construction Service Contractors,
Jacksonville Beach, Florida. After a lengthly discussion by the
Board members, several Commissioners in attendance, and members
of the Construction Service Contractors, the Board resolved to
recommend to the City Commission that after certain elevations
and plan changes were made by "red line" , in order to avoid
similarity in appearance and design on the plans that have been
submitted, the City Commission grant permits for the plans es
revised.
The next item considered was a request by Mr. R. W. Howard with
reference to renewal of Residence C Zoning for Lots 3-11 Blk 16
Lot 1-7 Blk 26 Royal Palms Subdivision. The Board after due
consideration resolved tc recommend to the City Commission re-
newing the extension of the zoning on all the above lets to July,
1972.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
