OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH ADVISORY PLANNING
BOARD HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON TUESDAY,
APRIL 25, 1978, AT 7:30 PM
PRESENT: John F. Andresen, Chairman
Harold E. Mullins
Dick Rigsbee
Catherine G. Van Ness, Commissioner
AND: Bill M. Davis, Acting City Manager
ABSENT: Donna Ross
The purpose of this special called meeting was for a review of the Compre-
hensive Plan of the City of Atlantic Beach.
There was much discussion about the Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Atlantic Beach. In a review of said Plan, it was determined that the
great majority of the Plan itself was favorable from the Planning Board's
standpoint with the exception of certain maps yet due from Kellum, Patterson
& Bell. It was determined that Chairman Andresen and Bill Davis would be
in direct contact (via telephone) with Joe Bell the following day if possible
from the standpoint of updating the Comprehensive Plan relating to maps
and certain statistical data presently lacking to determine when such would
be available. This action had a common concurrence of all members present.
(On the 26th day of April, Chairman Andresen and Bill Davis contacted
Kellum, Patterson & Bell and they have agreed to furnish all data necessary
to complete Atlantic Beach 's Comprehensive Plan so that same may be sent
to the Commission with the Planning Board's recommendation for approval. )
There being no further business to be discussed, Chairman Andresen declared
the meeting adjourned.
