ADVISORY PLANNING BOARD

Mrs. Mary Pace, Members
AND Mr. R. C. Vogel, City Manager
ABSENT: Mr. Bill Fogg, Commission Coordinator
Mr. Glover Weiss, Member
The meeting was called to order by Mr.. Wardrep. He advised that the
special meeting was called for the purpose of recommending to the
Commission for their consideration revisions in the minimum require-
ments for single family residences in Atlantic Beach. After discus-
sing this concept it was unanimously voted that the attached ordinances
be recommended to the City Commission.
The revision of the Planned Unit Development ordinance was completed
and this was also unanimously accepted for presentation to the
Commission for action.
Meeting was adjourned.
