~" BACKGROUND: The City's annual contract for Ditch Spraying and
Maintenance is with Bluewater Environmental of Florida, Inc.
The Contract expires on April 30, 2007. We have contacted

Florida, Inc., who has agreed to extend the contract for
another year at the current prices ($20,928.00). The City has
the option of extending the current contract for two (2) one
(1) year periods. This proposed extension will be the First.
RECOMMENDATION: Extend the contract for one year at the current prices.
ATTACHMENTS: Letter signed by John Pastore, owner of Bluewater
Environmental of Florida, Inc. agreeing to the extension at
the current prices.
BUDGET: Budgeted $21,000.00 in StormwaterAccount470-0000-538-

the current prices, if this is acceptable to your company. If acceptable, please sign below and

accept the extension.
