UNION NEGOTIATION MEETING
JUNE 29, 2006
The negotiation meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM. Those in attendance were:
City: George Foster
Union: Andy Bemis, Mark Hodgkinson, and Jack Baldwin
1. Union Contract Changes. The Union provided the City with their recommendations for
contract changes. (see attached summary)
2. City Contract Changes. The City provided the Union with their recommendation for
contract changes with the exception of pay adjustments that are delayed pending City
Commission budget and/or Shade meetings. (see attached summary)
3. Other: The Union asked that they be provided with a copy of the current City Personnel
Manual.
4. Next Meeting. The next meeting date was established as July 13th at 5:30 PM.
5. Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 6:10 PM.

If not, employee shall receive
cash payment for the excess
unused comp time on or after
the last pay period of the FY

FY at the reg hrly rate earned
at the time the employee
receives such payment. Comp
time balance must exceed one
hour.
Art 17.12 Add - $1.50 premium pay for
all regular scheduled hours
worked M-F outside hours of
7:30 am to 4:30 pm
