1. Call to order
Chair Laurie Melancon called the meeting to order at 7:12. The meeting notice was duly
posted but a quorum of members was not present.
2. Adjournment
Laurie announced that members could not conduct business and adjourned the meeting at
7: 14 p.m.
The next Cultural Arts and Recreation Advisory Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25,
2008 at 7 p.m. at the Adele Grage Cultural Center.
