Recommended Improvements
Improvement No. Improvement Description
1 Upgrade Lift Station H to include new pumps and motors, new concrete block building, piping
modifications, and modifications to the existing electrical and control systems.
2 Addition of a Master Lift Station at the Atlantic Beach WWTP with other lift station and force main
improvements- This option includes construction of the new Master Lift Station, increasing the existing
10" force main downstream of Station B to 12", installing a new force main downstream of Station C,
adding new pumps and motors to Station E, and increasing the wet well volume of Station C and E.
3 Replace the West End Lift Station with a duplex above-ground station.
4 Upgrade the Mimosa Cove Lift Station to replace the existing pumps, piping, and controls. Increase the wet
well storage volume by resetting the pump control elevations.
5 Replace the Lift Station I enclosure with a standard concrete block building, and modify piping,
instrumentation and control systems.
6 Replace the Shangri La Lift Station with a new gravity sewer line to the Cypress Creek Lift Station.
7 Increase the wet well storage volume at the Navy Lift Station.
8 Gravity Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation in Atlantic Beach System - Mini-systems to be rehabilitated
include 0, I, J, F, and the remainder of mini-systems A and B.
9 Gravity Sewer and Manhole Rehabilitation in Buccaneer System - Mini-systems to be rehabilitated include
Cypress Creek, Courtyards, Mimosa Cove, Lakeside, Aspen Ridge, Schooner Bay, and West End.
