A report from the committee on the matter of the Scudder Sewer

was any way to reduce the $500.00 tap fee without the City hav-
ing to make up the difference from Tax Funds, but none was found.
Also the committee recommended that the City Commission discuss
with the officers of the Selva Marina Realty Co. and determine
if they would consider permitting the payment of the $500.00
tap fee on the same. schedule as the City is allowing the Special
Assessments be made, and they recommend to the Selva Marina
Realty Co. that they do so allow. Mr. Moore moved that the
Committee be authorized to discuss this matter with the Selva
Marina Realty Company as recommended, seconded by Dr. Whitehurst
and carried.
