sion are on lots 51 'feet wide, and they would like approval
to divide the lots into minimum widths of 50 feet. The matter
was discussed and it was brought out that the new sub-division
ordinance provides that in new sub-divisions or re-sub-divisions
that no 10 shall have a width of less than 75 feet, and that

decided that the 75 feet minimum requirement stand,.
There was a discussion of paving of Levy Road, in which it was
reported that if the City would grade the road and buy the oil
that the County would furnish the labor and pave the road: It
was questioned as to whether we c.)uld assess -a part of the City's
cost to the property owners. After further discussion it was
decided to ,wain take the matter up with Mr, Mallard and see if
the County wouldn't do the entire job.
The Commission next went into session as a Public Hearing on
the Ordinance granting franchise for natural gas to Jacksonville
Gas Corporation, in line with notice as posted. Commissioner

entitled " An Ordinenee granting the Right, Privilege and Fran-
chise to the Jacksonville Gas Corporation, etc: and moved that
all rules be waived and that said Ordinance be passed on second
