11-25-49 v MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH TOWN
COUNCIL HELD AT THE TOWN HALL ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25th, 1949,
AT 8 P.M.

Adele S. Grage, Town Clerk
The meeting was called to order by the President, Mr. Ganzel,
who read to the Council the resignation of R.M. Panton as Town
Manager as of December 5th, 1949. Mr. Pantthn is entering
private practice.
There was a discussion and upon motion of Mr. Mason, seconded
by Mr. Bremer, the resignation was accepted effective 12-5-49.
There was a discussion of those applications that are already
on file , and Councilmen Mason, Bremer, and Thames were appointed
to interview some of these applicants and report at a meeting
on Monday, November 28th at 8 P.M.
Mr. Harcourt Bull requested that the miscellaneous outstanding
bills due on the Saltair Paving be paid, as he is making arrange-
ments with the Duval Engr. & Contr. Co. and Haarje & Durden,
Engineers for the payment of their contaacts. After discussion
the following were approved for payment from the Saltair St.
Improve me rit Fund:
