12-19-38 v MINUTES OF A SPECIAL ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE ATLANTIC BEACH
TONN COUNCIL HELD DECEMBER 19, 1938, AT 4 P.M.

Pursuant to an adjournment to this date from the
Special Meeting of December 13, 1938, the "resident called
the meeting to order.
An Ordinance , entitled "An Ordinance calling for
an election by the Town of Atlantic Beach for the purpose
of obtaining the approval or disapproval of Ordinance No.
40" , was placed on third and final reading. The date for
the election called for therein was definitely set as
January 18 , 1939.
After reading, Mr. Outler moved its passage. The
motion was seconded by Mr. Trout , and the vote vas as
follows:
