Harvey Mabry, Town Attorney.
Also George H. Smith, Chairman of Planning Commit tee and other
members of Planning Committee.
Mr. Lawrence K. Tucker, Jr. , President, being late,
the meeting was called to order by E. H. Thompson, Vice-Presi-
dent.
Attorney Mabry introduced Mr. Smith, who explained
the Zoning Ordinance to the citizens present.
After Mr. Smith' s explanation Mr. Harcourt Buil
rose and announced that he was haply to move that the Zoning
Ordinance be approved and Mrs. Florence Bull seconded the motion,
which was voted upon and unanimously approved.
Thereupon a notion was made by Mr. Stallings,
seconded by Mr. Tucker, that the Zoning Ordinance be approved
and that the unanimous vote of the citizens present at the Public
hearing on the above date, be approved.

There being no further business for consideration,
