Thereupon, the President of the Counsii, Mr. Lawrence K. Tucker, Jr., stated that the purpose of the nesting was to consider a resolution to alter or amend sub-paragraph 2 (g) of Part One of the Loan Agreement authorised to be executed in a resolution of April 28, 1934, on behalf of the Tarn with the Government of the United Staes with reference to seawall bonds. After a general discussion, Councilman J. M. Bradfield offered the following resolution: "A Resolution Modifying or Amending Sub-paragraph 2 (g) of Part One of Loan Agreement Authorised to be Executed in Resolution of April 25, 1934, on behalf of the Town with tho United States Governments in Re: Seawall Bonds. "BE IT RESOLVED that sub-paragraph 2 (g) of Part One of the Loan Agreement soathorised to be +1000ated in the reran- tion of April 25, 1934, on behalf of the Town of Atlantic Beach • with the United States Government, which reads as follows: e f Part One, 2 (g) .
