05-23-34 v 1Yi y ,,,,,77-... • ADJOURNED MEETING OF TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, AS PROVIDED FOR IN THE MEETING HELD ON APRIL 25, A D. 1934, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING ASSESSMENT ROLL WITH REFERENCE TO SEAWALL BONDS, HELD IN TOWN HALL, AT TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, MAY 23, A, D. 1934. The President announced that the messtinfdof April 25th was adjourned to this date for the purpose of eons ering and not- ing u :on the assessment roll for seawall bonds. After a general discussion of the subject, the follow. in resolution was offered by Councilman J. M. midfield and essO ded by Councilman Jas. D. Palmer. Whereas the Town Council has paused to be made an assessment roll shawiag the lots and the parcels assessed and the amount of the asseasmemt against each lot or parcel of land, the number of annual installments in whish the assessment is divided with reference to the seawall bonds in the sum of One Hundred and Fifty thousand ($250,000.00) Dollars, authorised to be issued pursuant to the election held on Thursday, August 31, 1933; NOW, Therefore, be it Resolved that the following assessment roll be and the same is hereby accepted, and the same shall be delivered to the Clerk and shall be and remain open on file in the Clerk's Office for public inspection.
