HELD OCT. 12, 1934, AT 2 O' CLOCK, P. M. AT THE TOWN HALL.
PRESENT:-

Jas. D. Palmer.
The meeting eas called to order by Mr. Lawrence K. Tucker,
Jr., President, who stated that the purpose of the meeting was to
open sealed bids for the seawall.
At the request of Mr. Tucker, Col. G. A. Youngberg, made
preperation to open said bids.
Before doing so, however, Col. Youngberg stated that the
Town had acquired the right tor itself and it' s contractors to
use for this particular prof ct, certain patent rights owned by
Shore Line Builders Inc., and applying to two types of seawall,
designated as types "B" and "C", respectively.
After the opening of the bids, a motion eas made by Mr.
Palmer, seconded by Mr. Stallings, p ut and carried, that the
names of bidders, with the security put up by each, be spread
upon the minutes and are in words and figures as follows:-

A motion was made by Mr. Stallings, seconded by Mr. Brad-
field, put and carried, that all bids be referred to the engineers
for tabulation, report and recommendation.
'sere being no further business for consideration, upon
motion, put, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned.
