Dear Sir and/or Madame: I
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found the property referenced above to
be in violation of City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 16 Garbage and Trash C
Section 16-3(d) to wit:
VIOLATION
Section 16-3(d) Garbage and Trash. Dumpsters required. All commercial units, other than
commercial hand pick up shall be required to have a commercial dumpster for disposal of
garbage and trash. Dumpsters shall not be filled past the maximum fill line. In cases where a
commercial or multifamily unit is routinely overfilling the dumpster, the public works director
may direct an increase in either frequency of collection or container size. (discarded furniture,
construction materials, etc. stored on the ground outside beside the overflowing dumpster)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by removal of all the discarded
items including furniture, construction material, etc. stored on the ground outside the
dumpster be removed from the premises or placed inside the dumpster for pick up within
five (5) days from receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for
continuing violations.

Upon my drive through this morning, I seen these items to the
right of the dumpsters .
The furniture can be removed if the manager would call it in for
a special pick up .
In its current state , that would be unsafe act as the item on
top of the mattresses appears to be a Candy roof made is sugar
disc and is swarming with Honey Bees . d.
