On March 7, 2013 a courtesy notice was left at this business to advise that Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement determined your property/ business referenced above is in violation of the City of
Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, Chapter 20, Article III, Local Business Tax and Chapter 17
Signs.
VIOLATIONS
CITY OFATLANTIC CODE OF ORDINANCES
Section 20-52. Levy. 4.1
A business license tax shall be levied on:
(1) Any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office
within the City, for the privilege of engaging in or managing any business
within its jurisdiction.
(2) Any person who maintains a permanent business location or branch office
within the City, for the privilege of engaging in or managing any profession or
occupation within its jurisdiction.
Section 20-54. Due dates and delinquencies; penalties.
(a) All receipts shall be sold by the city clerk beginning September first of each year
and shall be due and payable on or before October first of each year and shall
