Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above
to be in violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances, to wit:
Violation Description
IPMC Sec. 302.9 Defacement of property.
No person shall willfally or wantingly damage,mutilate or
deface any exterior surface of any structure or building on
any private or public property by placing thereon any
marking, carving or graffiti. It shall be the
responsibility of the owner to restore said surface to an
approved state of maintenance and repair. (graffiti on rear of
building)
Violation Description
IPMC Sec. 308.1 Accumulation of rubbish or garbage.
All exterior property and premises, and the interior of
every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of
rubbish or garbage. (pile of rubbish/garbage, debris at the
northeast corner of property at fence corner)
This letter requests that the noted violations be corrected by covering the graffiti painted
on the rear of the building and removing the tall pile of rubbish/garbage, debris piled at the
northeast corner of the property at the fence corner within ten (10) days of the receipt of
this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this
notice must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code
Enforcement. The Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00)per day for
continuing violations. Upon completing the corrective action required, it is your responsibility to
contact Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement and arrange for an inspection to verify compliance.
