Inflation estimate from 2008 to 2013 - 8.5% 7 PAY STUDY RECOMMENDATIONS: Adjust employees to recommended pay grade – Total Cost: ~ $15,400 To alleviate pay compression - 1 yr - $200 2 yrs - $400 3 yrs - $600 4 yrs - $800 5 yrs - $1,000 Total Cost: ~ $96,800 (includes Step 1) 8 Re-start the merit program.
