The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:47 p.m. in the City Hall North Conference Room for
the purpose of discussing matters related to Union negotiations with the Coastal Florida Police
Benevolent Association, Inc. (PBA)and the Northeast Florida Public Employees Local 630
(Blue Collar) Unions.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
