ranking sheet based on RFP criteria
Commissioners will submit individual evaluations to HR Director
HR Director will report tabulations-Commissioners will discuss and
compile final ranking
Commission to direct City Manager or designee to initiate negotiations
OR direct HR Director to gather more information-schedule interviews
Selected firm meets with Commissioners in one-on-one sessions to
develop profile
Resumes received and reviewed
Short list of candidates generated
Interviews/Selection
Negotiate contract
Notice given by selected candidate
Chosen candidate begins work as permanent City Manager
