HR Director will distribute proposals to Commissioners

Commissioners will individually conduct reference checks and interviews
with proposers
Commissioners will submit individual evaluations to HR Director for
tabulation
HR Director will report tabulations
Commission wiU discuss and rank proposals
HR Director will schedule the top-ranked Proposers for interviews at TBD
Commission meeting
Oral presentations by top-ranked proposers
Commission will conduct final ranking
City Manager or his designee will initiate negotiations with the top-
ranked Attorney-Firm
