Mr. Griffin,
Seaside Marketplace received the violation letter from Deborah White on Saturday to cease retail
sales from the warehouse. I sent the letter to my leasing agent with Ash Properties so he would be
aware. He is stating that we are mixed use due to the fact we have a "store front" and a warehouse
door. Ash Properties VP, Randall Whitfield, was supposed to meet with you yesterday according to
our leasing agent, Dave Gaglione. I am hoping that something has changed since we last spoke and
that we may possibly be able to continue with our business. Please let me know of any news at your
earliest convenience.

I did meet with Randall Whitfield yesterday and he indicated that he would respond to the violation
letter. As of today, I do not see this area being approved as a retail/storefront facility and will need to
do additional research. We will not take additional code enforcement action until we find that
retail/storefront is allowed at this facility. Thanks
