BACKGROUND: The City issued RFP #14-05 for a City Attorney-Firm and received
two proposals. We are hearing from those two candidates at the March 24, 2014 Workshop,
with questions and answers from the Commission following each presentation:
• Chris White from GrayRobinson, P.A.
• Rich Komando from Kopelousos, Bradley & Garrison, P.A.
RECOMMENDATION: Interview both candidates at the March 24, 2014 Workshop and select
the finalist at the April14, 2014 Commission Meeting.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposals from both candidates were previously distributed
electronically and in hard copy and are available at the City Clerk's Office.
BUDGET: None.
