In1970,RichardAdams,CharlesGray,GordonHarrisandRichardRobinsonjointheirpracticestobecomeGray, Adams,Harris&RobinsonP.A. InJanuary1990,thefirmexpandsitspresenceonFlorida'sSpaceCoastbymergingwithKirschenbaumand Peeples,anestablishedBrevardCountyfirm. InJanuary1996,GrayRobinsonmergeswiththeMelbournefirmofNohrr&Nohrr.Afewmonthslater,thefirm movesitsBrevardCountyheadquarterstoMelbourne. InFebruary1996,thefirmcontinuesitsstatewideexpansion,establishinganofficeinTallahasseetocreatea permanentpresenceinthestatecapitalandfurtherexpandthefirm'sstategovernmentalpractice. InAugust2000,thefirmaddsmoredepthtothefirm'scapabilitiesandexpertiseinthestate'scapitalbyadding sixadditionalattorneystotheTallahasseeoffice. ExpandingintotheTampamarketin September2000,thefirmmergeswithShackleford,Farrior,Stallings& Evans,afirmwithnearlyacenturyofhistoryinTampa.Themergersolidifiesthecombinedfirm'spresencealong the"Interstate4Corridor"-amagnetforanumberofnewcompaniesandindustries. InJanuary2001,GrayRobinsonmergeswithLane,Trohn,Bertrand&Vreeland.Formedin1926,itisoneofthe largestfirmsinLakeland. InDecember2003,GrayRobinsonestablishesanalliancewithEdScales,P.A.intheopeningofitsKeyWest office. InAugust2004,GrayRobinsonopensitsofficeinNaples. InOctober2007,thefirmcontinueditsstrategicexpansionacrossFlorida,withtheopeningofitsMiamioffice. JudgmentsorLawsuits Listalljudgmentsorlawsuitsagainsteachattorneyoryourlawfirminthelastfive(5)years,includingthenatureofthelawsuit andtheresolutionthereof. WearepleasedtoreportthattherearenoFloridabardisciplinaryproceedingsagainstanyGrayRobinsonlawyers.In anyfirmwithhundredsofclientsandnearly300attorneys,therewillinevitablybeanoccasionaldisputebetweenthe lawfirmandaclient.GrayRobinsonanditsattorneyshaveafewdisputesinvolvingmattersthatarenotrelevantto CityofAtlanticBeachoperationaland/orlegalneeds.GrayRobinsoniscontestingeachofthesedisputesvigorously andexpectstoprevailoneachor,intheworstcase,settleonreasonabletermsthatwillnotjeopardizethefinancial viabilityofthefirm.Thefirmisalsofullyinsuredwithrespecttoanypendingclaims.GrayRobinsonisproudofits reputationforhonest,straightforward,ethicaldealingswithitsclients. Lobbyists Listalllobbyistsemployedbyyourfirmandtheareasinwhichtheylobby. Sincethefirmwasfoundedin1970,GrayRobinsonhasprovidedlobbyingservicestoourclients.Annually, GrayRobinsonranksamongthetopfourlobbyingfirmsinFlorida(asdefinedbyfeescollected)whilesimultaneously remainingafull-servicestatewidelawfirm.Overtheyears,wehaveenjoyednoteworthysuccessrepresentingclients beforetheFloridaLegislatureandtheExecutiveBranchofstategovernment.
